Chatterminds runs mindfulness and wellbeing programmes for EYFS - KS4.

These workshops can be individually tailored to suit the needs of your pupils.
Examples of topics covered include:

  • Learning about different emotions and how to manage them

  • Navigating challenging friendship issues

  • Tools to build self-esteem and resilience

  • Learning ways to deal with worry, stress, anger and anxiety

  • Developing skills to manage exam stress and achieve your best

Chatterminds also offers the Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP)Paws .b and .b curriculums to schools.
These mindfulness lessons are suitable for KS2, KS3 and KS4 pupils.

I think Carol is the calm in what can be a difficult storm, when as a parent there is so much to consider if your child is not fitting into a box school want to squeeze them into. I would recommend Chatterminds for parents and schools as it helped my son accept that its OK to have an anger monster or a sad monster. We just need to accept that all feelings are relevant and for children to take comfort in that.
