For children who feel anxious, overwhelmed, dysregulated or stressed — and for the parents who feel exhausted, alone, and unsure what to do next.
If you’ve landed here because life at home (or school) feels hard right now, you’re not alone.
Sometimes it looks like anxiety. Sometimes it looks like anger. Sometimes it’s tears, shutdowns, meltdowns, school refusal, or constant conflict.
Often parents are doing their best — and still feel like they’re getting it wrong.
My work is here to bring steadiness back. To help your child understand their feelings. And to help you feel supported, not blamed.
What I help with…
Anxiety and constant worry
Big feelings, meltdowns, shutdowns and ‘stuck’ moments
Stress around school, friendships, confidence, and transitions
Neurodiversity (diagnosed or suspected) — and children who simply experience the world intensely
Parents feeling depleted, unheard, isolated, and at a loss
This support is not just for neurodiverse children. Neurotypical children and parents can struggle too — and they deserve help and understanding just as much.
Private Family Support
for families who want steadiness over time, with support for both parent and child.
Book Returning Session
if we’ve worked together before, you can book directly online. No need to start again.
Individual Sessions
focused sessions for parents or children when you want help with a specific issue.
How I work
I use mindfulness in a down-to-earth way — as a set of practical tools for recognising emotions, steadying the body, and responding more skilfully in difficult moments.
With children, I often use the Chatterminds Bears to help them name emotions without shame, and my workbook “Mindfulness & Emotions for 6–12 year olds” to make emotional learning simple, concrete, and even a little bit fun.
Families often tell me they leave sessions feeling calmer, clearer, and more able to cope with what’s in front of them.
